REQUIRED EXPLANATION OF REQUEST
  The Attorney General's Office (AGO) respectfully requests Controlling Board approval of a waiver of competitive selection in the amount of $73,647.60 from Fund 4190, ALI 055623 (Claims Section) to amend an existing contract with Maria Johnson (Columbus, Ohio) to provide procurement related services to the various sections and offices of the AGO.  
  Ms. Johnson is a 32 year veteran of the State of Ohio with experience in many state government functions, most importantly to the AGO, Information Technology procurement.
