REQUIRED EXPLANATION OF REQUEST
The Development Services Agency respectfully requests Controlling Board approval to release $321,700 from fund 4W00, line item 195629, (Roadwork Development Grant), for FY18, for the City of Bellevue, for public roadwork improvements in support of the Ohio Logistics, Ltd. project in the City of Bellevue, Sandusky County.
Roadwork Development Grants are awarded for public roadwork improvements that support the expansion or attraction of businesses. Eligible costs include widening, paving, road construction and reconstruction, and right-of-way infrastructure improvements such as sewer or utility lines.

In order to support the Ohio Logistics, Ltd. project, roadwork will consist of extending Moore Road eastward from North Buckeye Street. New concrete pavement will be installed to extend the road to service the northeast corner of the business. Roadway extension will also improve access for three existing entities.

As a result of the project and State assistance provided, 15 new, full-time-equivalent jobs will be created.
