REQUIRED EXPLANATION OF REQUEST
  The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission respectfully requests Controlling Board approval for an agency released competitive opportunity in the amount of $75,608.83 in FY18, and $65,932.67 in FY19, from fund 1310, ALI 230639 (State Agency Construction Services) to amend two contracts with Regency Construction Services, Inc., to provide project management services.
 
  The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) selected Regency Construction Services, Inc. through an agency released competitive opportunity to perform Project Management Services for the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Cleveland Full Service Maintenance Facility, Cuyahoga County, and the Grafton Outpost project. OFCC has received a letter requesting that the Project Management Services Agreement be amended for extending the projects.

This request has been approved by OFCC project management team. The recommendation letter with further justification is attached.
